Freelance

Freelance work is considered any services provided outside of the Salon.  

Contracts are required for all freelance projects.  Please contact me directly for rates and additional information.

Services provided at Salon Sparrow

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

 

You will receive a reminder text and/or email for your appointment 24 hours prior.  You will be able to confirm at this time.  

 

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least a 24 hour notice.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services or 100% for no-show.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by text or emailing me at amanda.salonsparrow@gmail.com.  Cancellations must be made to me directly and not the Salon.  

This policy allows me to inform my standby clients of any availability thus providing better service for both established and future clients. I truly appreciate your understanding and compliance.

Hair Extensions Policy

Dear Clients,

 

 Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:

Cancellation Notice:

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel your hair extension appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients and optimize scheduling effectively. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee due to the substantial amount of time and effort required for these luxury appointments.

 

Extension Rescheduling:

If you must cancel your hair extension appointment, I encourage you to reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment date. By doing so, you can avoid any additional charges and ensure you secure your desired time slot. If the appointment is not rescheduled within this period, please be aware that you will need to repurchase the hair for any hair extension service appointment. 

 

Non-Refundable Deposit:

To reserve your hair extension appointment, I require an initial deposit that is equal to 50% of the cost of your Hair Extensions (hair only, not total cost of service). The cost will be calculated at the time of consultation. This deposit is non-refundable and serves to secure your appointment slot. In the event that the cancellation policy is not adhered to, the deposit will not be applied to future appointments and will be retained to cover administration and reservation costs.

 

I believe that this policy fosters a fair and respectful relationship between stylist and valued clients. Your cooperation with this policy is crucial for the successful execution of services and to accommodate the needs of all clients effectively
